The aim is to provide a plat form for talented individuals to directly connect with the best opportunities available in the market. Unlike other job portals, ours is a free service where anyone can post jobs and the users can directly connect to the employers via the contacts given in the job posts. It also enables the recruitment consultants to post suitable requirements and get connected to the potential applicants. However, it is to be remembered that this forum must contain jobs which are suitable for graduates from IITs, NITS and other leading institutes in the country.
